Chalets in the Kloof

1) Online bookings are only available for certain units at this stage.
2) Booking inquiries are NOT confirmed until a confirmation response from The Baths is received.
3) 2-Night Weekend Policy: only bookings for both Friday and Saturday nights will be accepted over weekends.
4) Long-weekends: a minimum booking of 3/4 nights is required.

Chalets in the Kloof

Every kloof chalet comes with air conditioning, a full kitchen, and its own private braai area. From there, the hot and cold pools, mineral baths, hiking trails, and rock pools are all a short walk away. 

The chalets sleep 2, 4, or 6 people depending on the unit. All freestanding chalets (Kloof and Valley view) have a private Jacuzzi and selected DSTV channels. Only Dwarsgebou, Olsen and the Victorian apartments don’t have DSTV. Please remember to bring your own swimming towels and braai grid.

Chalets for Couples 

Chalets that sleep up to two people. 

Anneline’s

The go-to for couples who want a little luxury. Anneline’s is one of only two 2-sleeper chalets in the kloof, and comes with a private jacuzzi, a proper perk after a day on the hiking trails or soaking in the mineral pools. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a private braai area round out the package.

Willem Danster

The second couple’s chalet in the kloof, Willem Danster, keeps things simple, offering a jacuzzi and selected DSTV Channels. It’s a compact, fully equipped unit with air conditioning and a private braai area, ideal if you’re spending most of your time outdoors at the pools and on the trails, and just need a comfortable, quiet base to come back to.

Chalets for Groups

Chalets that sleep up to four people.

Johannes Wiese

A solid choice for a small family or a group of friends. Johannes Wiese sleeps four and comes with selected DSTV channels, so there’s something to watch on a rainy Citrusdal evening. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and private braai area and jacuzzi included.

Skilpad

The only double-story chalet, Skilpad, is another well-equipped 4-sleeper with a private jacuzzi and selected DSTV channels. Air conditioning, full kitchen, and private braai area as standard. It has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom upstairs and downstairs, respectively. 

Gordon’s Cottage

Gordon’s Cottage was stylishly refurbished with quality finishes throughout, and comes with a private jacuzzi on a spacious deck alongside an undercover braai area. If you’re choosing between the four-person units and want the most private kloof-chalet, this is the one.

Jan Cruywagen

One of our most popular options and the fourth 4-sleeper option in the kloof, Jan Cruywagen, is a fully equipped, air-conditioned chalet with a private braai area and jacuzzi. A dependable choice when you simply want a quiet, self-catering base for four. It has two bathrooms. 

Chalets for Larger Groups 

Chalets that sleep up to six people. 

John Sharp

One of two chalets in the kloof that can take a larger group. John Sharp sleeps six and includes selected DSTV channels, useful when you’ve got a mix of adults and children under one roof. Full kitchen, air conditioning, and private braai area and jacuzzi included.

Schalk Willem Burger

The most popular option among our 6-sleepers, Schalk Willem Burger, also equipped with a private jacuzzi and selected DSTV channels alongside the standard air conditioning, full kitchen, and braai area. If you’re booking for a family or group and want the best the Kloof has to offer, this is it.
