Payment:

*Full payment required within 14 days to confirm a booking.
*Major credit cards accepted.
*Autobank facilities are available in Citrusdal.

Online Bookings:

1) ONLY for Valley View chalets, Olsen flats or Dwarsgebou flats.
2) Booking enquiries are NOT confirmed until a confirmation response from The Baths is received.
3) 2-Night Weekend Policy: only bookings for both Friday and Saturday nights will be accepted over weekends.
4) Long-weekends: a minimum booking of 3/4 nights is required. Regret Saturday & Sunday nights only do not apply.

*We regret no music allowed.
*The resort is ecologically sensitive and only 220 persons are allowed at any time.
*No day visitors allowed.
*No pets allowed.

*The Resort is subjected to normal loadshedding hours and some amenities might not be available during these times.
